Oil Co. Sues Over Faulty Saltwater Disposal Lines, Wells

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 8:57 PM EDT) -- Texas Petroleum Investment Co. sued Xplor Energy SPV-1 Inc. in Texas court Monday, alleging the company hid information and lied about faulty pipelines and saltwater disposal wells that leaked petroleum into state waters before the sale of an oil production platform.
