RR Donnelley Says Xerox Infringed Printing Patents

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 4:50 PM EDT) -- Printing company RR Donnelley & Sons Co. sued Xerox Corp. on Tuesday in Illinois federal court, claiming that the printer and photo copier producer infringed four patents covering color printing technology.

RR Donnelley claims several of Xerox’s commercial color printers — including the iGen4 and older DocuColor 8000 systems — and corresponding software infringed four patents.
