IT Firm KellyMitchell Sued Over OT Pay Policy

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 7:16 PM EDT) -- A KellyMitchell Group Inc. project manager filed a putative class action in Pennsylvania federal court Monday alleging the information technology consulting firm has failed to pay proper overtime wages.

Rebecca Pietracatello claims KellyMitchell only paid its employees straight time for hours worked in excess of 40 hours instead of time-and-a-half, in violation of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.
