Travelers Can't See Settlement Analysis In $22.5M Injury Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 2:14 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge said Tuesday that Travelers Indemnity of Connecticut can’t look at another insurer’s evaluation of a rejected $2 million settlement offer in a suit over a young girl severely injured by a semitrailer truck that resulted in a $22.5 million verdict.
