Texas Court Won't Revive Atty's Employment Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 4:53 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday denied a Dallas-area attorney and onetime judicial candidate’s bid to revive an employment dispute against his former law firm, finding that the trial court was without jurisdiction to reconsider more than 30 causes of action.
