Convicted Ex-Deutsche Broker Says Atty Failed to Vet Juror

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 2:15 PM EDT) -- A former Deutsche Bank AG broker convicted of mail fraud and obstructing tax laws told a federal judge Tuesday he deserves a new trial because his attorney failed to investigate a juror ultimately determined to have been biased against defendants in the case.
