AMR-US Airways Merger Troubling, Advocacy Groups Say

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 4:52 PM EDT) -- A merger of bankrupt American Airlines Inc. parent AMR Corp. and US Airways Inc. could eliminate competition on key flight routes and raise prices for consumers, two interest groups said in a Wednesday report that called the potential tie-up “troubling."
