Nuke Waste Becomes Part Of Entergy Relicensing Debate

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 4:46 PM EDT) -- Entergy Corp. must address "serious risks" from nuclear waste stored at its Indian Point facility before its license to operate the power plant can be renewed, New York's attorney general said Tuesday after the D.C. Circuit demanded more thorough analysis of spent fuel in a related suit.
