Whistleblowing NJ Prosecutor Can't Revive Retaliation Claim

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 5:51 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Wednesday refused to revive the case of a former head of the Office of the Passaic County Prosecutor's white collar crime and insurance fraud units who claimed he was wrongfully terminated for whistleblowing.
