FERC Wants Calif.'s Cap-And-Trade Rules Clarified

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Monday urged California to clarify its cap-and-trade regulations related to energy imports that the commission fears could disrupt the state's energy market.
