Temple-Inland, Int'l Paper Sued Over Polluted Miss. River

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A group of more than 100 property owners filed suit Tuesday in Mississippi federal court, alleging Temple-Inland Inc. and International Paper Co. contaminated the water and land around the Pearl River by failing to maintain a paper mill that discharged black liquor, chemicals and compounds.
