Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 7:59 PM EDT) -- A Hiscock & Barclay LLP attorney settled individual claims in a malpractice suit accusing him and his firm of failing to properly represent Oak Forest Products Inc. in a patent case over a leaf-shaped fan blade, while the judge allowed the remaining claims against the firm to be transferred to New York.
