Suit Says eHarmony, Others Breached Patent

Law360 (October 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of Internet-based dating services, including eHarmony.com Inc., has been targeted in a lawsuit that accuses them of trampling a patent that covers a database management system.

Data Match Enterprises of Texas LLC launched a lawsuit against eHarmony.com, Friendfinder Network Inc., Date.com Inc. and Singlesnet Inc. on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
