Sierra Club Loses Bid To Halt Keystone Work During Appeal

Law360, Chicago (August 9, 2012, 1:59 PM EDT) -- Sierra Club Inc. and other environmental groups lost their bid Wednesday to block the construction of part of TransCanada Corp.'s contested Keystone XL pipeline while they appeal an Oklahoma federal judge's recent ruling against them in a challenge to the project's permit.
