Infosys Targeted Again With Business Visa Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (August 9, 2012, 8:03 PM EDT) -- Infosys Ltd. has been hit with a second suit by a former employee saying the company brought foreign employees to the U.S. on short-term business visas for full-time work with clients including Cisco Systems Inc., the company said Thursday.
