NM Appeals Court Rules State Improperly Withheld Raises

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 3:25 PM EDT) -- The New Mexico Court of Appeals on Wednesday ruled that state unionized employees were entitled to backpay, upholding arbitration rulings that found the government had improperly failed to pay agreed-upon salary increases for workers in 2009.
