Chemical Cos. To Pay $5M For Turtle Bayou Cleanup

Law360 (October 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A court on Friday ordered six chemical companies to pay over $7 million for the cleanup of a polluted chemical dumping site to three companies that have already borne much of the cost, concluding a case that began nearly six years ago.
