Feds Question Need For New Pa.-To-NY Gas Pipeline

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 6:36 PM EDT) -- Federal energy regulators on Thursday asked Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. and Williams Partners LP to explore whether natural gas that would flow through their proposed Pennsylvania-to-New York pipeline instead could run within one of four existing natural gas pipelines.
