Law360, New York (October 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications Inc., one of the defendants in Antor Media Corp.’s patent infringement suit over data transmission, is pressing a federal court to permit the patent holding company to turn over information from a similar suit it filed against tech giants Apple Inc., Microsoft Corp. and RealNetworks Inc.
Plano, Texas-based Antor has agreed to produce the documents from its 2003 suit, but claimed it is required to withhold them because they are confidential.
