DOE Can't Get Judge To Revisit $4M Entergy Settlement

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 4:42 PM EDT) -- A federal judge said Friday that he wouldn't reconsider his decision to approve a $4.1 million settlement between the U.S. Department of Energy and Entergy Nuclear Generation Co. over a breached nuclear waste disposal contract, calling the DOE "disingenuous" for requesting revision of its own agreement.
