Discovery Can Proceed In Suit Over $94M Prison Contract

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Friday rejected the federal government's bid for a protective order that would halt discovery requests made by Flintco Inc. in a suit over the United States' alleged broken promises of tax breaks on a $94 million prison construction contract.
