Break-In Forces DOE To Rethink Security For Nuke Labs

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 8:59 PM EDT) -- After an embarrassing incident in which an octogenarian protester broke into a contractor-operated nuclear weapons facility, the U.S. Department of Energy could be forced to rethink its hands-off approach to contractor security at similar sites, starting with potential termination of the contractor in charge of the breached facility.
