High Court Asked To Mull Circuit Split On Benefits Succession

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 1:32 PM EDT) -- Newell Window Furnishings Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on the Sixth Circuit's ruling earlier this year that the window maker's retirees are entitled to lifelong health care, arguing that the appeals court's ruling has contributed to a circuit split that the high court must resolve.
