LA Rail Case May Loosen Reins On Infrastructure Planning

Law360, San Diego (August 13, 2012, 10:48 PM EDT) -- Government agencies and developers in California could gain greater flexibility in planning large, long-term infrastructure projects if the state's high court upholds a decision that the environmental impacts of a proposed light-rail system in Los Angeles County can be determined using projections of future data, lawyers say.
