Roche Worker Axed For Resisting Hasty Cancer Trials, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 4:37 PM EDT) -- A former senior clinical program manager slapped Roche Group unit Genentech Inc. with a lawsuit last week, claiming she was fired for blowing the whistle on rushed clinical trials for cancer treatments that risked participants' health.
