Fed. Circ. Kills Challenge To $230M Army Health Contract

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 4:36 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday shot down CRAssociates Inc.'s bid to revive its protest of a $230 million U.S. Army health care contract awarded to rival Spectrum Healthcare, eight months after a lower court judge said the company should have protested the contract earlier. 

In a per curiam unpublished ruling, a three-judge panel affirmed U.S. Court of Federal Claims Judge Francis Allegra's December decision dismissing CRA's suit, which alleged the procurement procedures for the Army contract were prejudicially flawed.
