American Airlines Can't Bar Vote, Union Tells 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 3:20 PM EDT) -- The Communications Workers of America urged the Fifth Circuit on Monday to reverse a decision blocking a vote on whether it can represent nearly 10,000 American Airlines Inc. passenger service agents, fighting an injunction suit by the bankrupt carrier.
