NASA Contractor Asks 11th Circ. To Reinstate IP Case

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 10:06 PM EDT) -- InDyne Inc. asked the Eleventh Circuit on Monday to revive its copyright case involving software it developed under a NASA contract, saying a lower court erred by requiring the contractor to hand over its original, unmodified copy of the code to prove infringement.
