J&J Hits Back At Red Cross' Motion To Dismiss

Law360 (October 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A trademark infringement lawsuit over the red cross symbol grew more caustic on Monday, with Johnson & Johnson accusing the American National Red Cross of using “unpersuasive merits arguments” to try and dismiss a portion of the case.
