Lawmakers Pressure Wal-Mart To Comply With FCPA Probe

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 10:16 PM EDT) -- Top House Democrats told Wal-Mart Stores Inc. it had one last chance to cooperate with their investigation of alleged corruption in the megachain's Mexican operations before they go public with the findings, which include additional suggestions of "questionable financial behavior," according to a letter sent Tuesday.
