O'Melveny & Myers Aids Coller's $1.65B Lloyds PE Buy

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 6:56 PM EDT) -- British investor Coller Capital Ltd. announced Wednesday it would buy a £1.05 billion ($1.65 billion) portfolio of private equity interests from Lloyds Banking Group PLC, the first commitment from its new fund and a sign that the secondaries market continues to sizzle.
