Law360, Philadelphia (August 15, 2012, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday exempted a former regional director of operations for Ashley Furniture Industries Inc. from a putative class action accusing the manufacturer of denying overtime wages, a week after asking the plaintiffs to file a new motion for class certification.
