HHS Recruits Pharmacies To Tout ACA's Medicare Benefits

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 4:25 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration announced Wednesday that several pharmacy chains have been recruited to spread the word about the health care law's benefits to senior citizens, as the administration seeks to paint itself as a protector of Medicare in the presidential race.
