News Corp. Adopts Ethics Program Ahead Of Split

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 3:38 PM EDT) -- News Corp.'s top in-house attorneys are overhauling the media giant's global compliance and ethics program in response to the phone-hacking scandal that shuttered one of its London tabloids and prompted the planned split of its publishing and entertainment businesses, company CEO Rupert Murdoch told company employees Wednesday.
