Aetna Hits Clinics, Hospital With Billing Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Aetna Life Insurance Co. targeted three health care providers with a fraud suit in Texas federal court on Wednesday, saying two of the providers, aided by the third, had wrongfully posed as emergency rooms to bill the insurer at inflated prices, costing Aetna millions.
