Supreme Court Rejects ConAgra Whistleblower Suit

Law360, New York (October 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Supreme Court said on Tuesday that it will not hear an appeal of a case against packaged food giant ConAgra Foods Inc. in which the company is accused of routinely altering export certificates required to send animal products out of the United States.

The whistleblower lawsuit was first filed in 2000 in a Colorado federal court by Ali Bahrani, a former ConAgra employee.
