Law Firm Sued Over Unpaid Empire State Building Rent

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 12:25 PM EDT) -- The owners of the Empire State Building sued Lee Anav Chung LLP in New York state court on Wednesday, saying the law firm owes $274,000 in unpaid rent it agreed to take on as successor-in-interest to a previous lessee.
