Liberty Can't Kill $50M Coverage Suit Over Deepwater Deal

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 10:53 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Thursday maintained most claims in Cameron International Corp.'s suit against Liberty Insurance Underwriters Inc. seeking $50 million to help fund its $250 million settlement with BP PLC in multidistrict litigation over the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
