Plane Cos. Must Face Claims Over Army Crash: Court

Law360, New York (October 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has affirmed a lower court's ruling denying a bid by a group of companies that owned an airplane that crashed and killed three Army officers in Afghanistan to toss a wrongful death suit brought by the soldiers’ families.
