AMR Takes Another Stab At Rejecting Pilots' Contracts

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 6:22 PM EDT) -- AMR Corp. on Friday renewed its request that a New York bankruptcy judge let it reject its collective bargaining agreement with its pilots union, saying it had remedied the two defects the judge cited in denying its original request Wednesday.
