Motorola Again Targets Apple's IPad, IPhone

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 3:36 PM EDT) -- Motorola Mobility LLC launched suits against Apple Inc. in both Delaware federal court and the U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday, accusing the iPhone maker of infringing seven patents and seeking to block imports of products including the iPad3, iPhone 4S and MacBook Pro.

The federal court case seeks unspecified damages in addition to a permanent injunction, while the ITC complaint seeks a permanent exclusion order barring the allegedly infringing products from entering the U.S.
