Two Marine-Hose Defendants Seek Dismissal

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a proposed class action accusing several companies and individuals of fixing prices, rigging bids and allocating markets in the marine-hose industry, one Italian manufacturer and the president of one French manufacturer have asked to be dismissed from the litigation.

Parker ITR SLR and Christian Caleca, president of defendant Trelleborg Industrie SA, each filed a motion to dismiss Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
