Ryanair Again Fails To Stop UK's Aer Lingus Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The U.K. Competition Appeal Tribunal on Monday refused to grant Ryanair Holdings PLC's bid to appeal its recent decision which denied the company's move to stop the country's Competition Commission from investigating its minority stake in Aer Lingus Group PLC.
