Boston Scientific Fights Bid To Remove Suit To State

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Boston Scientific Corp. has put up a fight against a motion by two plaintiffs to remove their product liability lawsuit over faulty implantable heart defibrillators to state court, taking aim at their argument that Guidant Corp. is no longer a defendant.
