Treasury Taps DOJ Veteran To Head Financial Crimes Bureau

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury said Monday that it had hired a U.S. Department of Justice veteran as the new head of its financial crimes bureau after the sudden departure of her predecessor earlier this year.

Jennifer Shasky Calvery, currently head of the DOJ's Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section, will take over as director of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network in September.
