DOI Ditches Claim Over Preserve Committee Picks

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 4:29 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday accepted a magistrate judge's recommendation and dismissed a claim challenging the U.S. Department of the Interior's allegedly unbalanced composition of a national preserve's off-road vehicle advisory committee, overruling objections from a frustrated committee member.
