Texas Court Revives $125M Award In Power Plant Dispute

Law360, Dallas (August 21, 2012, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A Texas appellate court on Monday reinstated a $125 million arbitration award to Ponderosa Pine Energy LLC from a breach of contract dispute over the purchase of a power plant, finding accusations that an arbitrator was biased toward the company weren’t enough to vacate the award.
