NJ Lawyers Get Year Of House Arrest For Tax Fraud

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 7:11 PM EDT) -- Two former partners in defunct New Jersey law firm Orlovsky Grasso Bolger Mensching & Daley PA were sentenced in federal court Wednesday to a year of house arrest for their part in a scheme to evade taxes on some of the cash taken in by a bar they owned in Monmouth County.

Donald Grasso, 65, of Brielle, and Dale Orlovsky, 66, of Toms River each must also serve a year of probation, perform 400 hours of community service and pay $25,000 in fines under the sentences...
