Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 11:10 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday refused to allow Gucci America Inc. to dodge a lawsuit claiming it fired one of its buyers because she was pregnant, unconvinced by the luxury fashion line's claims that she was let go because of poor performance.
