Insurers Avoid Coverage For $96M FALC Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 10:49 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday let four insurers off the hook in two suits seeking coverage for a defamation action that sought $96 million in damages against First Advantage Litigation Consulting LLC, finding that none of them had a duty to defend or indemnify FALC.
